Thanks for checking out this amazing resource pack for Minecraft 1.8. The author for this texture pack is a member of the planet minecraft community and is name is DeadDirtyRed. If you take a look at, Red's planet minecraft page you will see that this fantastic pack is based on his artistic take on the minecraft universe.

If you enjoy a good Minecraft adventure you might want to consider to download this Minecraft 1.8 resource pack. The GUI looks clean and you can see everything better. When it comes to your Minecraft world nothing will look out of place. What I mean by that is I have reviewed a great deal of Minecraft texture packs and sometimes you will find blocks that doesn't fit with the rest of the resource pack. I was quiet surprise about how well the tress, animals and mobs fit with the terrain. My favorite mobs in this resource packs are zombie, enderman, creeper, witch and wait until you see the roasted chicken.

When it comes to the tools I love the detail that has gone into the Iron and diamond tools. If you think about Minecraft survival the Iron and diamond tools are the most important and probably the most used. Swords and Pickaxe are always in your vision so when you see the extra detail that Red added you will appreciate this texture pack.

The most important thing about all Minecraft resource packs are the building blocks because they will be used a lot. One thing I can say about Red's Pack is the way he did the wooden blocks, stairs and slabs makes it easy to get really creative. If anyone is a fan of stone.cobblestone, cracked stone, chiselled stone bricks your gonna have a ball build amazing structures and beautiful design. You will change your mind about this 16x16 resource pack I highly recommend that you download and try it for yourself.

I gave this a 9/10 because I believe that any 100% complete Minecraft 1.8 texture pack should come with custom clouds. I really can't stress how much I hate minecraft default clouds and many of you might disagree with me on this, but custom clouds are the icing on a cake for me. It's like buying a pair of shoes with no laces.

I just want to say thank you DeadDirtyRed for this resource pack I had a lot of fun reviewing this and I like your artistic take on my Minecraft Universe. I hope you enjoyed this review by me GTG aka GTGJoint if you enjoyed this video subscribe to me for more amazing minecraft texture pack reviews.

Minecraft Resource Pack Review - MagiCraft 8Bit

I just wanna start of by saying thank to Magicman88999 for making this resource pack. At first glance when you look at the trees the bark seems to be smaller I am not sure they are though. If do a bit of research into what 8bit its all about and then look at these trees again you will see that the detail and thought that went into this was just amazing.

The texture you are looking at right now is called glowstone which is a light source in Minecraft. I think the different color  combination just looks fantastic. At  night time you can see the full affect for glowstone or if you are stuck in a dark cave.

I personally think the tools look horrible because they look too big and extremely blocky. You might think they look awesome for 8bit tools but I suggest you take a look at this video about three minutes in. ''Click Me''

This is also another wonderful 8bit resource pack. I would really like to know what you think about these tools so don't be afraid to leave a comment. Tools are something you use a lot in Minecraft and I think resource pack makers should invest extra time trying to make these better and unique because we would be looking at these every other minute.

I have used a lot of resource packs ranging from 8x8 all the way up to 512x512. You would think that the  higher the resolution the better the blocks might look but when it comes to blocks like diamonds and emeralds the can actual get worse. Since I have been using 8bit resource packs I have to say they have the upper hand when it comes to making diamond blocks and  emeralds for some reason they actual look better at lower resolution.

This is a Iron sword even though it looks very blocky and big this is by far the best looking sword in  the pack. You can check out the four other swords when you download the resource pack I would love to here your input about them.

The diamond amour  looks ok I guess to really give a review about this I would need to try and make a 8bit amour to see how hard or easy it is to make. Again I think resource pack makers need to spend extra time making these unique as we will always be wearing them. What do you think??

Thank you for checking out this review hope this helps you in some way. If you are still looking for more information then I suggest you watch the video below.
